The Fentanyl Presidency

When it comes to encouraging trade into the U.S., making policy is, in most cases, pretty straightforward. Say, for instance, you’re the president of the United States and you wanted to increase the number of foreign-made cars exported to the U.S.

To do that, you would put a few policies in place that would allow and encourage foreign car companies to export more of their cars to the U.S.

The Foreign Automobile Imports Example

As president, a couple of policies you might put in place could be to lower import taxes and tariffs. That way, for example, auto manufacturers in Japan, Korea or Germany would see that you’re making it less expensive for them to ship and sell their cars here, so they could offer their cars to American customers at a lower price and sell more of them because they’re now more affordable.

That’s called lowering the cost to market entry. When you lower the cost of entry, you usually see a lower price and more of the product coming into the country.

If you want the opposite to occur, i.e., if you wanted to slow the flow of products entering the U.S. market, in this case, foreign-made automobiles, you would raise import taxes and tariffs and other regulations so that the car makers in Japan, Korea and Germany couldn’t compete as well in the U.S. market as they could before because their prices would go up.

But if, as president, you really wanted foreign car suppliers to greatly expand their presence in the U.S. market, you’d make it more difficult for domestic car makers to compete against them. You do this by raising their taxes and increasing regulations, so that American-made cars would become more expensive to make and to sell the American consumers relative to the cars coming from Japan, Korea and Germany.

Heck, as president, you could even try to pass a law – or just issue an executive order – to raise the wages of auto factory workers to $500 per hour, making U.S. cars even more expensive to make and more difficult to sell.

On the flip side, what if a foreign car (or a domestic one, for that matter) was proven to be exceedingly dangerous to drive, say, with a death rate of 150 people per day, every day, with a death count of 100,000 last year?

What should you do? What could you do?

As president, you should issue an executive order banning that car from the country, because of the clear and present danger it presents to American citizens, for whom it is your job to protect. In fact, protecting the American people is your number one job. It’s your top priority. Every other duty as president of the United States is a distant second.

How Could This Happen?

Now imagine that as president, you wanted to encourage and allow the importation of an extremely dangerous drug called fentanyl, which has a user death rate of 150 Americans every day, and is killing over 100,000 of us every year, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

What would you do? To carry the car import analogy, you would make it easier to export the product into the country.

How would you do that? You would lower the cost of market entry not by lowering taxes or tariffs, but something even better: you’d open the borders, especially the southern border the U.S. shares with Mexico.

To make it even easier, you would make the Customs and Border Control to stand down and not do their jobs.

And finally, you would encourage millions of illegal immigrants from countries that hate us to flood the country by the hundreds of thousands each month, unchecked and unvetted, and then bus them to all parts of the country to make them nearly impossible to track.

That way, amidst all of the illegal, criminal aliens, you can also allow for the drug cartel mules to transport fentanyl and other drugs across the main border checkpoints and only get caught a fraction of the time.

But how could this ever happen? Certainly, the conservative members of the House of Representatives and in the Senate would not approve of or pass such a law?

Nor could the Supreme Court mandate such a policy. The Supreme Court interprets law, but doesn’t make it.

Enabling the Flow of Fentanyl into the U.S. by Executive Order

No, the order to open the border, to incite and enable millions of illegal immigrants to flood into the United States at a historically unprecedented level, and to order the Border Patrol to stop doing its job did not come from an act of Congress, the Supreme Court, or even as a policy from one of the president’s cabinet members.

All of this was done by executive order. There is only one person in the entire country, in the entire government of the United States of America who can do this, and that person is none other than the President of the United States.

The deathly cold and hard fact is that through executive order, this president, not “the administration,” but the president himself, personally and single-handedly encouraged and enabled not only more than seven million illegal immigrants to invade our country, our states, our cities and our town, but also enable a 480 percent increase in the flow of fentanyl into the United States.

This percentage doesn’t come from a political party, it comes from a report by the National Immigration Forum, dated October 25, 2023. According to the report: “Border officials seized 4,600 pounds of fentanyl along the southern border in 2020, a number that skyrocketed to 26,700 pounds in FY 2023 – a 480 percent increase.”

As president, why would you do such a thing to your country? To your own people? Why would you allow the level of deadly fentanyl smuggling to go by almost 500 percent since you took office?

Just Following Orders?

There is one scenario that makes sense. What if China was in the drug smuggling business with the Mexican cartels?

It is.

What if the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) was the “primary source” of the chemicals that go into fentanyl?

It is.

What if the CCP was working with the cartels and wanted them to smuggle more fentanyl into the U.S., to kill more Americans, and destroy our younger generation from within, while overwhelming us with a massive flow of immigrants?

They are.

But why, as president, would you sign such an executive order that has led directly to the deaths of hundreds of thousands of your fellow Americans, and in particular, our young people?

That is the direct outcome of the executive order that opened our border.

What if there was a paper trail that shows millions of dollars in payments made to shell companies that lead back to your family? There is.

What if the president of the United States is an asset of the CCP and is just following orders?

Is there a better answer?
